Ooh la la

I just got back from a week in Quebec and my biggest news is that poutine is DELICIOUS! Every photograph I have ever seen has made the heavenly combination of french fries, cheese curds and gravy look like the worst of the Galenic humours but they were in fact wonderful.


Fear not, this is a proper bowl of poutine.
